Amazon pull sales integration outage due to Amazon incident
Incident Report for Finale Inventory
Starting at 1:15pm Pacific, we observed a significant increase in the number of errors reported on our Amazon pull sales integration for all customers. This specifically prevented our system from fetching outbound fulfillment information for Amazon orders.

Amazon is aware of this incident and is taking steps to resolve:

As of 1:51pm Pacific, we have not seen any additional errors for pull sales. However, Amazon is still marking their incident as unresolved. We will update this incident if we begin to see errors.
